Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via message or call to verify your details before we proceed with dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or unavailability of stock.

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is to be made in cash directly to our delivery rider at the time your order is received. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to request advance payment or order confirmation for certain orders, particularly for high value items or in cases of repeated failed deliveries.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines vary depending on your city and courier availability, and while we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to love what you order. If there is a genuine issue with your product, such as damage, a manufacturing defect, or an incorrect item received, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once a returned product is received and inspected, and the return is approved, we will process a refund for the product price only.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, using the details you provide at the time of the return request.

Exchanges (for a different size or color, subject to availability) may be requested within the same 3 day window as returns, and are subject to the product being unused and in its original condition.

We make every effort to display our products, including fabric colors and textures, as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting. Minor variation in shade is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return on that basis alone.

You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us directly. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will follow our standard return policy upon delivery.
