Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You simply pay our rider in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery timelines depend on your city and courier availability. Once your order is dispatched, you'll be notified so you can expect it within a few working days.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we ship to all major cities and most areas across Pakistan through our courier partners.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Requests made after 3 days cannot be accepted.
Will I get my delivery charges back if I return an item?
On an approved return, we refund the price of the product itself. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable, even on approved returns.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are possible within the same 3 day window, subject to availability of the size or color you'd like and the product being unused and in its original condition.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry if that happens. Please contact us within 3 days with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel before your order has been dispatched by reaching out to us directly. Once it's shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will follow our standard return process instead.
Will the fabric color look exactly like the photos?
We photograph our pieces to be as true to color as possible, but slight variation can occur depending on your screen and lighting. This minor difference isn't considered a fault.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details with you via message so you can follow it right up to delivery.
Do your hijabs and abayas come in one size?
Most of our hijabs are free size and designed to suit all. For abayas and other stitched pieces, sizing details are listed on each individual product page.
Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes, we're happy to discuss bulk orders for events, gifting, or resale. Please message us directly on WhatsApp to talk through quantities and pricing.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we ship within Pakistan only. Follow our socials for updates if this changes in the future.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
If a product is available for purchase on our website, it's in stock. Out of stock items are marked clearly and won't be available to order.
